Serving Communities

Royal Neighbors supports many causes and provides volunteer opportunities in communities where its members live. Its neighbor-helping-neighbor philosophy encourages members to work together and give back to their communities.  

You can help others in your community by being an active part of a Royal Neighbors chapter:

• Spend time with others who share a commitment to worthwhile causes
• Sponsor events and participate in local volunteering opportunities
• Truly make a difference in the lives of others 

Each active chapter receives funding from Royal Neighbors based on its participation. This funding is used to change lives in its neighborhood. For example, chapters support "eco-friendly/green" projects, disaster relief efforts, host fun and educational events, build playground equipment, clean parks, sponsor fund-raising events, and give to other local charities.

Other ways you can help your community with Royal Neighbors is to participate in national days of volunteerism, such as
